    1. Ordering Options

    You may order goods in our online shop by placing the corresponding products into your virtual shopping basket and then proceeding to the checkout; only then – once you have provided the corresponding payment information and confirmed your order – is your order placed and can subsequently be confirmed by us by way of a notice of acceptance. At any time during the ordering procedure you may remove goods from your shopping basket by clicking on the contents of your shopping basket and then clicking the “Delete” button for the corresponding goods. The ordering procedure may be disrupted by closing your browser.

    To place an order, the following concrete steps need to be taken:

    • select one or several articles
    • place article(s) into shopping basket
    • proceed to checkout
    • confirm content of shopping basket
    • enter or confirm invoice address and delivery address
    • enter payment data
    • check order information
    • submit order

    Prior to submitting your order, you have the opportunity to check and correct it since, by going back a step instead of submitting the order, you can check and change all entered data.

    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing all your entered data and our standard terms and conditions, so the text of the contract has been sent to you via e‑mail. All data is additionally stored on our systems for the purpose of processing your order.

    The online shop and contract texts are not only available in English but also in German and French.


    2. Delivery & Flat Shipping Rate

    We make every effort to deliver all offered products from our warehouse immediately after receiving your order. We will check and process your order as quickly as possible. If you have chosen the payment method advance payment, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.

    The goods will be delivered optionally via the shipping company DHL or UPS.

    The pure delivery time via UPS or DHL Standard within Germany is 3 working days and a little longer for deliveries abroad.

    Via DHL or UPS Express your order will be delivered within Germany within 24 hours on working days if your order is received before 4:00 p.m. Please notice that a delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed as this depends on your postal code.

    We are happy to ship the ordered goods to an alternative delivery address, which you may state during the ordering process. Please also use this option if you are hard to reach at home.


    3. Payment

    We can currently offer you the following payment methods:

    Credit card: we accept both Visa and Mastercard. To pay by credit card you must enter the corresponding credit card information, including the security number stated on your credit card, into the corresponding fields.

    Advance payment: on paying in advance you will receive an order confirmation from us after we have received your order. The order confirmation contains the data and invoice number required for the remittance so we can allocate your payment to your order. We will ship the goods to you on receipt of payment.
    Please note that we do not accept checks as payment instrument.

    PayPal: When paying with PayPal you will be directly forwarded to the login page of PayPal by clicking „Place binding order“ after confirmation of our GTC and cancellation rights. Then you need to log in with your login data and confirm the payment to complete the purchase. Afterwards, you will return to our online shop to see the order summary. An order confirmation will be send separately by email to the adress you have entered.


    4. Return Shipment, Complaints

    If you need to return goods from your order, please contact us within 14 days after arrival of the goods. You can call our hotline at 0049 (0) 5247 12 32 00 or send an e-Mail to shop@claas.com. We will prepare the necessary documents for you. We shall assume the return shipment costs if the return sticker we have provided is used for the return delivery.

    Please send the goods back in their original packaging as far as is possible. Please also enclose the completed return shipment note. This enables us to quickly and simply process your return shipment.

    In closing we should like to ask you to help us improve our service by stating the reasons for your return shipment. Corresponding fields are provided for this on the return shipment note.


    5. FAQ

    How quickly will my articles be delivered?

    After checking receipt of your order, we will process it as soon as possible.

    If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, delivery is made directly the next day. If you selected the payment method advance payment, we will send your articles as soon as we have received your payment.

    The pure delivery time with standard delivery within Germany is three working days and a little longer for deliveries abroad. With express delivery your order will be delivered within Germany within 24 hours on working days if your order is received before 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).


    Can I also order articles from the catalogue via the internet?

    All articles from the catalogue can be ordered in the CLAAS online shop if they are available. If you are unable to find a particular article, please contact us. We are happy to help you find what you are looking for.
